What People Say

nurure in nature2 scaled

Lovely Session

“Children engaged well and developed a good understanding of how the brain works and how it responds to certain situation.  Children (particularly SEND) made links to situations they’ve been in where thoughts have been prominent and since the session have made links back to what they learnt in the sessions and how they’ve responded in the moment”.

Time to Reflect

“The children enjoyed time to reflect on themselves and discuss in a safe environment.  Breathing techniques used”.

So Important For Many

“Helpful session – consequential thinking so important for many and great to hear it from other adults who have lived it. Importance of the wider community was an important link for many (boys in particular).  self worth and saying no (in the right way) was good and the importance of being reflective in happiness and focus on positive was also great”.
